I hope that these posts will broaden people’s horizons when it comes to the buildings and properties that are available for rent in this fantastic city. Also, if you have any questions about them or would like to rent there, hopefully you will think of contacting me first as I will make your apartment hunting experience so easy it hurts to think about.

Lets start with a look at one of the premiere properties in the South Loop neighborhood, Burnham Pointe!

This is a fantastic high-rise in the Printers Row/South Loop neighborhood. The property was originally built as condominiums but was then switched over to rental properties. Each apartment home has a distinct look with different hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and cabinetry picked by the previous would-be condo owners. They all have awesome balconies that provide views of the surrounding city and the opportunity for that exclusive lake view.

The luxury doesn’t stop there. They have a fantastic amenities floor designed to accommodate everything that a resident might desire. There is a large fitness area with an attached yoga studio. A business center with computers, printers, and a private conference room. An outdoor terrace with grills, lounge furniture, and a waterfall! They even have a party room that can be used for private events. One of the fantastic things about this building is that they do not have a weight limit for dogs. Pretty much any dog, assuming it isn’t an aggressive breed, is allowed to call this building home. They even added an amenity just for dogs, with its own fire hydrant. I’ll let you figure out what this area is for.

Everything else you could need from groceries to shopping and public transportation is just a quick step out your front door. This property has anything and everything that you could want out of city living.
